Meet the People Behind Our Roofing Company
Clear Guidance From the First Inspection to the Final Result
M.A.C Roofing & Construction LLC is a roofing company shaped by responsibility. Based in El Paso, TX, we understand that clients trust us with their property. We value that trust and aim to honor it through honest communication, thoughtful decisions, and careful work.
A simple belief guides our company: people should be able to see our values in how we act. A promise matters most when it is supported by effort, respect, and follow-through. That belief shapes how we represent our name and build relationships with the people who choose our team.
Roofing Is Personal to Us
A roof covers more than rooms, furniture, or equipment. It protects the spaces where people live, work, gather, and plan for the future. Families build memories beneath it. Business owners depend on it as they serve customers, support employees, and care for everything they have built.
Understanding what a property means to its owner changes how we view our role. We do not see a roof as one more job on a list. We see it as part of a place that matters to someone. That perspective keeps our work connected to the people behind each property.
The Standard Behind Our Name
“Making Our Actions Count” expresses the standard we set for ourselves. It is not a slogan we use in place of real effort. It reminds us that every interaction allows us to show who we are and what clients can expect from our company.
Values That Define Our Team
Personal
Accountability
We believe responsibility starts with owning our actions. Each team member has a role in supporting the client and representing the company well. We take that responsibility seriously because trust depends on what we do, not only what we say.
Respectful
Communication
Clients deserve communication that feels direct, useful, and respectful. We listen before responding and avoid making concerns feel unimportant. Our goal is to create conversations where clients feel comfortable asking questions and confident that their needs have been heard.
Care for
Every Property
Homes and commercial properties carry personal and financial meaning. We keep that in mind as we work. Care means respecting the property, paying attention to the details, and remembering that our decisions affect a space someone values.
Leadership Behind the Company
The people leading a company help shape its character. Our leadership team carries the meaning behind the M.A.C name into its daily decisions and relationships. Brian Hochman and Tony Perez share the responsibility of keeping those values connected to the company’s work.
Evan M.
As owner, Evan Macias represents the accountability at the center of the company. His leadership supports a culture where actions have meaning, clients receive respect, and a clear commitment to its values backs the company’s name.
